“Transformation” is a big word for big change. “The Transformation” is a term often used to mean the spiritual awakening that is happening at this time. This awakening has a variety of other names: “New Millennium,” and “The Golden Age” and “Heaven on Earth” and “The New Age” and “Peace on Earth, Good Will to All” and “Age of Enlightenment.” Take your pick, or use no phrase at all.
To realize the height and breadth of spiritual transformation requires that you abandon outdated ways that keep you in limitation. Society tends to hold onto such ways calling them “tradition” or “custom” and regarding them as The Truth. Traditions and customs can enhance character and identity; they add to the richness of diverse backgrounds when woven into the tapestry of humankind. However, they are not The Truth. A richer Truth awaits you as you continue to evolve spiritually.
During the month of July, we explore the theme of Transformation with five different types of affirmations and practice exercises. A new message is posted each day. The essence of the DailyAffirm Process is to proceed through the month with a series of different types of concepts, affirmations, and exercises to explore the theme. In order to fully embrace transformation, it is helpful to acknowledge that the lack or opposite of transformation also exists. The key is to differentiate and choose.
Releasing/Cleansing Affirmations for Transformation (July 1-7): The purpose of Releasing and/or Cleansing Affirmations is to let go of unwanted and unneeded stuff. This week, these affirmations support you in clearing away non-transformation and releasing resistance and contradictions to transformation.
Receiving/Accepting Affirmations for Transformation (July 8-14): The purpose of Receiving and/or Accepting Affirmations is to open to allow something to be or to become. Open to receive and accept transformation into your life.
Being/Intending Affirmations for Transformation (July 15-21): The purpose of Being and/or Intending Affirmations is to ground your purpose, especially your higher purpose. To be and to intend are different, yet interrelated. Transformation opens you to more transformation.
Acting/Claiming Affirmations for Transformation (July 22-28): The purpose of Acting and/or Claiming Affirmations is to bring something into manifestation or to direct the energy of your intention to a desired manifestation. Allow all your actions to be associated with transformation. Then, move through the week energized by the movement of transformation.
Integrating/Embodying Affirmations for Transformation (July 29-31): The purpose of Integrating and/or Embodying Affirmations is to allow the energy and meaning of the affirmations to merge with your consciousness. It is important to understand that it is a continuous process to allow transformation to integrate into various aspects of your life. Do it, and then do it again and again and again.
You can take any theme and explore it through these five stages to integrate the aspects you want to embody and experience into your life.
