Apple will style 1 prototype then they’ll purchase each and every single portion from unique providers then manufacture in falcon& other super low wages country rather than here in USA. I don’t see how a person can support Apple. They have outdated products and sell them for too much, and then try to block there competition from.well, being competition.

I will give my hard earned money to Samsung because they manufactured their personal products in their Personal manufacturing facility anywhere in the world.

First off, you can’t really say “Apple” and “Android” like that. It doesn’t work. You can hold one particular company personally responsible for whatever bad PR. But with “Android”, if 1 company does something stupidly idiotic, you just look the other way and pretend you don’t know that company until everyone else forgets.

Back on track though, Apple is one particular company. “Android” is hundreds. You can’t make a comparison like that. People like you say “Android” is slowly gaining over Apple and Apple is scared. But what you’re really saying is “Every smartphone company that isn’t Apple combined” is starting to gain over Apple. Which isn’t even happening yet? In addition. They release roughly one particular phone a year. If they did any more than that you would complain that they release too frequently. Like I said, it doesn’t work. “Android” is hundreds of firms remember. Of course they’ll release more frequently. They don’t care about the product’s lifespan at all. They’re happy to aggressively try again and again and leave you in the ditch for several months waiting for an update you really have no guarantee of getting. And from a performance perspective, Android 7 Inch Tablethandset makers have barely come up with flagships that can compete with Apple’s latest. Which, remember, came out well over a year ago. Has anyone even matched the 4′s screen resolution yet?

Apple, Android, Nokia etc. All have their brainless fan boys. I personally find Android fan boys the worst because of how egotistical and aggressive they tend to be. Most of you people honestly think it’s impossible to like Apple’s products without being a brainwashed zombie. Which is pretty pathetic? What kind of person honestly thinks the only possible reason someone could have an opinion for something that differs from their personal is if they were brainwashed into having it?

Bottom line is Apple does hold the IP and they’re in their right to sue. Organizations should be more creative if they want to compete. You’d do the same thing in their position no matter how much you try to deny it. And so would Samsung.

In the end I hope the Tablet race stays between Apple and Microsoft.leaving the Androidelectronic gadgets drowning in a sea of patent lawsuits. There is a reason why Google is not stepping up to defend the Android Makers (unless is verbal shit talk).because they know damn well that the little FREE OS of theirs isn’t really free at all. It was built from IP’s that never belong to them.
