The only place where you should have lipstick is on your lips. However, very often the lid of your lipstick gets off very easily and you stain your purse. The mess looks horrible, however there is a way to easily remove the stains. All you need to use are some household products and you will manage to remove a lipstick stain from your purse. Here is what you need to do:

The first thing that you need to do, according to Cleaners in Cranbourne, is to spray some hairspray over the stain. Leave it to work for 15 minutes and then take a clean white cloth and moisten it with warm water. Wring out all the excess water, so that the cloth is only dampen. Blot the stain with the cloth.

After that take an other clean cloth and dampen it with some rubbing alcohol. Again wring out all the extra alcohol. Blot the stain with the dampen cloth. Remember not to rub, because you risk spreading the stain and making a bigger mess. Continue until no more of the stain can be removed.

Now, you will have to leave the rubbing alcohol to dry. On the tip of your finger, put a drop of the liquid dish washing detergent, which you use for removing grease and rub it in the stain. Leave it to work for at least 10 minutes. After that, take a dampen cloth to rub the detergent in order to rinse it off.

If there is still any stain remaining, take a cotton swab, dip it some ammonia and dab the stain with it. Change the swabs every time that the lipstick transfers to them. Continue until there is no more stain.

Apply some fabric stain removing product to the area where the stain was. Cleaners Cranbourne advise you to check if the product is suitable for the fabric of your purse. Then rinse off if needed, usng a damp cloth.

You should know, that it is best to test every product that you decide to use on a small inconspicuous area, so that you prevent damaging your purse fibre or discolouring it.
