Testicles that are swollen and highly sensitive to pain

Trichomoniasis is a sexually transmitted disease for men that are caused by a microscopic, one-celled parasite called Trichomonas vaginalis. A man can get this by having sexual intercourse with someone who already has this type of infection. Note that while it affects the urinary tract of both male and female, doctors find that there is milder STD symptoms in men as compared with women.
Symptoms of Trichomoniasis include:

Penis discharge
Itching and irritation in the Penis
Pain during sexual intercourse
Pain during urinating

Symptoms for Chlamydia:

Chlamydia affects the genital tract through bacteria. Chlamydia is often difficult to detect as it shows limited STD symptoms in men during the earlier stages. You would only realize that you already have this type of STD, once it actually goes full blown.

Pain and discomfort while urinating
Lower abdominal pain
Penile discharge
Pain and irritation in the testicles

Symptoms for HIV

HIV is one of the more fearsome sexually transmitted diseases. HIV is a viral infection that affects your body’s capability to fight off disease causing bacteria, fungi, and viruses. Contracting HIV could lead to the dreaded AIDS.
STD symptoms in men that are related to this condition include:

Swollen lymph nodes for an extended period of time
Chronic Diarrhea
Dramatic Weight loss
Shaking chills or fever higher than 100.4 F (38 C) for several weeks
Persistent Cough and shortness of breath

As you can see, there are various STD symptoms in men, it is important to take note of them so that you would know if you are at risk of aggravating a sexually transmitted disease.
